Gutter Flow / Spread Calculator

Estimates triangular-gutter flow capacity using HEC-22 Eq 4-2 (un-depressed). Also reports depth at curb. For depressed composite gutters apply the HEC-22 Eo correction separately; this calc treats the section as a single pavement-slope triangle of width T (W is used only to compute the curb-depth output).
