Time of Concentration (SCS Lag) Calculator

Estimates the time of concentration using the SCS Lag method (TR-20 default). Computes lag time from hydraulic length, basin slope, and curve number, then converts to Tc. Commonly used for SCS unit hydrograph calculations.
